How to Bake a White Bread in a Multi Cooker?


Baking bread comes easy in terms of ingredients, efforts, and equipment required. Tossing ingredients into a single bowl and pressing a button for a set program is all it takes to make a loaf of bread. There's no better time to learn how to bake white bread in a multicooker! Here's how.

What You Need

For all the models you'll need the following ingredients:

  • 500 ml Warm Water;
  • 30 g Sugar;
  • 10 g Salt;
  • 6 g Dry yeast;
  • 40 ml Vegetable oil;
  • 850 g Wheat flour.

For the M4502E, modify the amount of salt to 30 g. For the RMC M30E, M20E, M10E, M4500E, cut back all ingredients to half.

Baking Instructions

Making white bread may vary for each model as to what particular function you need to use, but it all starts with a very short preparation.

Step 1. Mix and Knead Your Dough:

  1. Combine water, salt, sugar and yeast altogether in one container.
  2. Whisk thoroughly.
  3. Add flour and half of the oil, then knead the dough.

Step 2. Grease your multicooker bowl with the remaining half of the oil.

Step 3. Place the kneaded dough in and close the lid.

Step 4. Depending on your multicooker, initiate baking simply by selecting the right programme. Bread will rise and bake at the same time to your convenience.

SkyCooker M800S-E, M4515E, M451E, RMC 280E, M991E:

  1. Press START/REHEAT
  2. The dough will be cooked through using the MULTICOOK programme for an hour within a 35C temperature setting.
  3. Once done, select BAKE. Set the time to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  4. After an hour has passed, open the lid and flip the bread over. Close the lid again and let the programme run for the rest of the time left.
  5. Remove your white bread from the multicooker bowl and let sit for 30 minutes.

RMC M90E and M4502E:

  1. Select BREAD and set cooking time for 3 hours.
  2. After an hour has passed, open the lid and turn the bread over with utmost care.
  3. Close the lid and let it cook until the program ends.
  4. Take your white bread out and let sit for 20 minutes.

RMC M30E, M20E, M10E, M4500E:

  1. Press MENU and select YOGURT/DOUGH.
  2. Press COOK TIME and set to 1 hour then press START. remember to press the KEEP WARM/CANCEL button to disable this feature, or the machine will keep baking the bread. Cook until the program ends.
  3. Press MENU again and select BAKE/BREAD.
  4. Again using the COOK TIME button, set the timer to run for 2 hours then press START.
  5. One hour before the program ends, open the lid, take your bread out and carefully turn it over.
  6. Close the lid and let your multicooker bake until the program ends.
  7. Take your white bread out and let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
