Preparation: 15 minutes Cook time: 1 hour 20 minutes Servings: 4–5

1 1/2 lb 700 g Boneless round beef
1 can (12 oz) 350 g Canned tomatoes
1 large (3 1/2 oz) 100 g Carrot
1 small (2 3/4 oz) 80 g Onion
1 large (2 1/2 oz) 70 g Stalk celery
1 tbsp + 1 tsp 5 g Thyme
3 tbsp 5 g Rosemary
1 clove 3 g Garlic
3/4 cup + 1 tbsp 200 ml Beef broth
1/3 cup+1 tbsp 100 ml Dry red wine
2 2/3 tbsp 40 ml Olive oil Salt
Directions
  1. Cut the meat into 1 1/4-inch (3 cm) cubes and cut the carrot, celery and onion into 1/3-inch (1 cm) cubes. Chop the garlic and greens; coat the meat in flour and pour the olive oil into the bowl.
  2. Select SAUTE, set the timer for 15 minutes and press START. Cook with an open lid. 10 minutes before the end of the program, put the carrot, celery, onion and garlic into the bowl and cook stirring occasionally. Add the tomatoes, wine, broth, salt, thyme and rosemary 5 minutes after. Cook until the end of the program, stirring constantly and then press CANCEL.
  3. Add the meat into the bowl, mix and close the lid. Select STEW/CHILI, set the timer for 1 hour and press START. Cook until the end of the program.

Creamy pumpkin soup

Preparation: 20 minutes Cook time: 1 hour 10 minutes Servings: 8

1 3/4 lb 800 g Pumpkin
2–3 (2/3 lb) 300 g Unpeeled oranges
1 medium (3 1/2 oz) 100 g Onion
1/2 tsp 1 g Curry
2 1/2 cups 600 ml Light cream
2 tbsp 30 ml Vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups 600 ml Water Salt
Directions
  1. Squeeze the juice from the oranges, peel the pumpkin and cut into 3/4-inch (2 cm) cubes. Chop the onion. Put all the ingredients (except for the cream) into the bowl.
  2. Select SOUP, set the timer for 1 hour and press START. Cook until the program ends. Add the cream and blend until smooth.

Preparation: 20 minutes Cook time: 1 hour Servings: 4

1 cup 110 g Wheat flour
1/3 lb 150 g Butter
4 200 g Eggs
3/4 cup 150 g Sugar
2 oz 60 g Bittersweet chocolate
1/2 tsp 2 g Baking powder
Directions
  1. Finely grate the chocolate, soften 1/3 lb (150 g) of the butter. Beat the eggs with sugar in a separate container until stable foam. Continuing to beat, gradually add the softened butter, flour, baking powder and grated chocolate and beat until well blended. Grease the bowl with1/3 tbsp of the butter and place the dough inside. Close the lid and remove the steam valve. Select BAKE and set the timer for 1 hour. Press START and cook until the end of the program.
