RHB-2961 is capable of replacing three kitchen appliances at once - a blender, a mixer, and a chopper. To get the right appliance, you just need to install the appropriate nozzle:

The blender attachment makes it easy to blend ingredients for cream soups, smoothies and shakes, sauces and pâtés. The nozzle is made of stainless steel, so the immersion blender can handle hot food. You can whip up vegetable and mushroom soup without waiting for it to cool.

Set the whisk attachment to whip eggs, cream, whites, make an airy cream for a cake or a base for a mousse.

In the compact shredder with a sharp S-shaped knife you can quickly chop greens, cheese for salads and baking, make nut crumbs, chop breadcrumbs for breading.

Infinitely variable speed control

The mechanism of smooth speed adjustment allows choosing the best mode for whipping and mixing different products, without interrupting the work of the appliance. To speed up the rotation of the nozzles, you only need to turn the knob on the handle of the blender.

Turbo mode

The whisk and knives will rotate at a maximum speed of 14600 rpm when the Turbo mode is turned on. Use the Turbo mode to finish processing the ingredients - this way you will chop the remaining pieces of food and make the consistency of smoothies, cream soups or dough more homogeneous.
