The REDMOND RMC-M96 compact, multifunctional multi-cooker with its wide range of useful functions will allow you to prepare food no matter how complex as easily as possible. Thanks to its small size, you can place the multi cooker in a small kitchen, studio apartment or in your holiday home.

19 automatic programmes

The RMC-M96 multi-cooker has 19 automatic programmes for easily and conveniently cooking various dishes, both simple and complex. All you need to do is choose the right programme and press the button to create the ideal cooking conditions. The multi-cooker will automatically select the optimum temperature either for soup and porridge, natural yoghurt, tender stewed shanks or cheesecake.

VACUUM programme

The RMC-M96's VACUUM programme can support a low temperature for 12 hours with the highest possible accuracy. It allows you to create all the conditions for cooking dishes using sous-vide technology. Meat, fish and vegetables will retain their texture, juiciness, and most of their trace elements and vitamins.

MULTI-COOKER Programme

Using the MULTI-CHEF programme you can cook dishes according to your own signature recipes or experiment with dishes from the internet and various cook books. The MULTI-CHEF will allow you to set the necessary parameters before starting the programme - you can set the temperature in within a 35-180°C range and 5°C interval, and also set time in a 2 minute to 12 hour temperature range with an interval of 1 minute.

MASTERCHEF Lite

Do winter greenhouse pumpkins or new potatoes bake faster or slower than you expected? You do not have to interrupt the operation of the device to change the current program parameters. Thanks to the MASTER CHEF Lite function, the slow cooker always cooks the way you want! Using this unique function, you can change the cooking time and temperature without cancelling the programme in progress.

Automatic heating

Once cooking is finished, the RMC-M96 will automatically turn on the auto-heating function and will keep the food warm for up to 12 hours. Fragrant plov, soup or bread will be ready to serve even if you sit down to eat later than planned.

Convenient to use

The inner surface of the bowl is equipped with a multi-layer non-stick coating from Daikin® which will allow you to cook with the multi-cooker without adding much oil or any at all. Ingredients for roasting or baking will not stick or burn, allowing you to easily clean the bowl after use. The RMC-M96 is also equipped with an inner lid that you can remove and clean easily with a soft wet sponge.
