Ingredients

Sugar 300 g
Flour 250 gs
Egg 150 g/3 pcs.
Butter 130 g
Cocoa powder 15 g
Salt 3 g
Natural yogurt 250 ml
Beetroot juice 50 ml
Vanilla essence 1 ml
Baking powder 5 g
For cream:
Mascarpone cheese 450 g
Cream 350 g
Sugar powder 150 g
Vanilla essence 1 ml

Directions

Put the room-temperature butter (120 g) and sugar into a separate container; beat until smooth using a mixer. Continuing to beat, add eggs, flour, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla essence, baking powder, yogurt and beetroot juice, beat all the ingredients until smooth. Grease the multicooker bowl with the butter (10 g) and spread out the half of the dough. Close the lid. Set BAKE, set the timer for 1 hour. Cook until the programme ends. After the end of the programme take the crust out of the bowl and put onto a separate tray. Cook the remaining half of the dough in the same manner.

For cream: put the cheese in a separate container and beat until fluffy using a mixer. Continuing to beat, add the sugar powder and vanilla essence, carefully pour the cream and beat until smooth. Spread the cream onto the crusts, sides and top of the cake.
