Directions
Put meat, fat, onion, and garlic through a meat grinder. Add salt, spices, and mix well. Attach sausage nozzle to the meat grinder. Put sausage casing on the nozzle and tie a knot at the end. Putt meat through the grinder, stuffing sausage casing with mince meat. Adjust sausage length with a thread. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and add sausages. Do not close the lid. Select “FRY”. Set the time of 25 minutes. Cook with an open lid, turning over occasionally, until the end of the program.
