Directions
Scale and gut the fish. Rub the fish with salt and spices. Dice the tomatoes, cut the leeks, chop the greens, and mix the vegetables with the herbs. Stuff the vegetable mix in the carcass and wrap it in a double layer of foil pinching the edges tightly shut. Put it in the multicooker, close the lid, select the BAKE program, and start the program.
Tip: Serve on lettuce and garnish with melted butter.
