This modern multicooker offers a MOTouch® panel and a color LCD multifunctional display which makes cooking easier than ever! The appliance is equipped with a number of new programs including BREAD (with proofing and baking cycles), SLOW COOK (providing gradual increase in temperature), PIZZA, and DESSERT. Additionally, it has a temperature adjustment range to 170°C and offers 28 adjustment options.

REDMOND RMC-M90 IS A STYLISH, VERSATILE, AND EASY-TO-USE DEVICE

The process is fully automated. With the automatic programs, featured by the unit, you can cook meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and seafood; bake and fry, make oatmeal, soup, pasta, rice dishes, dough, yogurt, dessert and more. 3D heating evenly distributes the heat and helps to preserve vitamins and minerals in the food. The unit features TIME DELAY and KEEP WARM functions, the latter can be turned off manually.

The device comes with an improved version of the versatile program called MULTICOOK so you can adjust the temperature in a wider range.

Programs and Features

The MULTICOOK Program

MULTICOOK can be used for cooking any meal of your choice with your own time and temperature settings. The REDMOND RMC-M90, featuring the MULTICOOK program will be able to replace a whole range of kitchen appliances. Now either an old family recipe or any recipe found online can be adjusted for your multicooker / slow cooker.

Temperature settings of the program range from 35°C to 170°C.

AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS

QUICK COOK is recommended for quick cooking rice and other grains.
OATMEAL can be used for cooking various types of oatmeal using milk.
STEW is for stewing vegetables, meat, poultry, and seafood.
FRY for frying meat, fish, vegetables, poultry, and seafood.
SOUP is used for making various broth, soup (chunky, bisque, cream soups, etc.), compote, and drinks.
STEAM can be used for steaming vegetables, meat, fish, dumplings, and baby food.
PASTA for cooking pasta, dumplings, sausage, eggs, etc.
SLOW COOK offers a gradual temperature increase which, together with the prolonged operating time of the program, allows the food to be cooked in their own juices.
COOK is perfect for cooking vegetables and beans.
BAKE is a program recommended for baking biscuits, pudding, pie, puff and yeast pastries.
GRAIN is for cooking various side dishes out of grain.
PILAF is used for cooking meat, vegetable and seafood dishes with rice.

BREAD is for baking white and wheat-rye bread. The program includes a proofing cycle before it is baked.
DESSERT allows you to make different desserts (jam, meringue, fondant, etc.).

The REHEAT Function

With the help of this function you can warm up the meal even if it has just been taken out of the fridge.

The KEEP WARM Function

The RMC-M90 features a function of keeping the meal warm, which is being switched on automatically at the end of a program. However, we recommend using this function moderately, because prolonged thermal exposure may dry out your meal.

The TIME DELAY Function

The TIME DELAY function allows you to set the program to start at a certain time of day with a delay of up to 24 hours. Simply set the timer to have your meal ready for an early breakfast or by the time you come back from work.

CERAMIC COATED BOWL

For your convenience, a teflon coated bowl has been replaced with a more expensive and a higher quality one. Ceramic non-stick coating by Anato® (Korea) is scratch-free and has excellent non-stick and thermal conductivity qualities. Your food will not stick, and will fry or stew evenly throughout the whole process. The bowl may be used for product storage out of the device and for cooking meals in the oven. The bowl is dishwasher safe.

“100 RECIPES” cookbook

This cookbook comes as a result of a hard, long-term work by REDMOND chefs. All the recipes were adapted for this particular model, all of the dishes were made in the RMC-M90 and ingredients bought from a regular grocery store. Each recipe gives a step-by-step instruction on the process, time and temperature settings, proportions, and amount of ingredients used. The book also offers tips from our chefs to help make the process easier and more enjoyable.

Estin Warehousing OU (EW) based in Kadastiku 39B 21004, Narva Eesti (Estonia), is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and users (you / your) and the Personal Information you have entrusted to us. • In the case of organization of loyalty programs, competitions and promotional campaigns in which you can take part – we will process your data during their duration and the period for settlement of the awarding of prizes. In order to ensure accountability, i.e. to prove compliance with the provisions on the processing of personal data, we will store data for the period, in which Estin Warehousing OU is obligated to maintain data or documents containing customer details to document the fulfillment of legal requirements and enable control of their fulfillment by public authorities.

7. We set out the purposes for which we use Personal Information that we collect via our website and, in compliance with our obligations under European law, identify the “legal grounds” on which we rely to process the information. These “legal grounds” are set out in European Data Protection Law, which allows companies to process personal data only when the processing is permitted by the specific “legal grounds” set out in law:

Such companies will be given only the Personal Information needed to perform those services and we do not authorize them to use or disclose Personal Information for their own marketing or other purposes. We have contracts in place holding these companies to the same standards of confidentiality by which we are governed.

Your Personal Information may be accessed by staff, suppliers or other persons in, transferred to, and/or stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA) in which data protection laws may be of a lower standard than in the EEA. We will, in all circumstances, safeguard personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy. Where we transfer Personal Information from inside the European Economic Area (the EEA) to outside the EEA, we may be required to take specific additional measures to safeguard the relevant Personal Information.

14. We have agreements and controls in place with third party service providers requiring that any information we provide to them must be safeguarded and used only for the purpose of providing the service we have requested the company to perform.

15. All information you provide to us is stored on our or our subcontractors’ secure servers and accessed and used subject to our security policies and standards. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and for complying with any other security procedures that we notify you of. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

16. Our retention periods for personal data are based on business needs and legal requirements. We retain your Personal Information for a maximum of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract or as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the information was collected, and any other permissible, related purpose. For example, we may retain certain transaction details and correspondence until the time limit for claims arising from the transaction has expired, or to comply with regulatory requirements regarding the retention of such data.

17. If you have any questions in relation to our use of your Personal Information, you should first contact us as per the “Contacting Us” section below. Under certain conditions, you may have the right to require us to:

• provide you with a copy of information that you have provided to us,

• update any inaccuracies in the Personal Information we hold,

• where processing is based on consent, to withdraw your consent so that we stop that particular processing,
