Brief description

The RMC-M95 multi-cooker is a kitchen appliance for automatic frying, baking, stewing, cooking. The REDMOND device provides 17 programs for preparing side dishes, meat, desserts, bread, fermented dairy products, canned food and many other dishes.

The multi-cooker bowl can carry 5 litres. This is enough for the RMC-M95 to help you make cabbage soup or plov for the whole family!

Automatic programmes

Thanks to the expanded list of automatic programs, the REDMOND multi-cooker allows you to make dozens of hearty and healthy dishes, for example, pork stew, apples with honey, fig jam, cottage cheese or porridge for babies. The RMC-M95 is also convenient for cooking food using sous-vide technology. You can find cooking ideas in the free recipe book that comes with the RMC-M95 and also with the mobile app NEW Cooking with REDMOND.

You can set the required cooking time yourself on every automatic programme except EXPRESS. Do you like pasta al dente? Just reduce the cooking time. Do you love beef with a crunchy crust? Increase the cooking time to get exactly the dish you want.

MULTI-COOKER

The special MULTI-CHEF programme will not only let you change the cooking time, but also to set the temperature. You can set the parameters before the programme begins. The MULTI-CHEF will be a great opportunity to automate cooking for those who love to experiment in the kitchen. By setting the required temperature and time, you can be sure that your signature cherry pie will be perfectly baked in the multi-cooker and impress your guests with its impeccable taste.

Thanks to the RMC-M95's MULTI-CHEF function, you can prove dough and pasteurise certain products. For example, you can sterilise fresh milk.

Sterilising dishes

Cleaning sterilising plates for children's plates, teethers and pacifiers is simple in the REDMOND multi-cooker. Using the SOUP programme you can sterilise dishes in water and with the STEAM function you can sterilise them in steam.

Programs and Features

17 AUTOMATIC PROGRAMMES

The rmc-m95 has 17 programmes for cooking various dishes for everyday and festive meals. The programmes will allow you to automatically prepare various dishes with meat, fish, seafood, vegetarian food, porridge, soup, sides, pasta, plov and deep fry food without much effort or time.

MULTI-CHEF PROGRAMME (Sous-vide)

The MULTI-CHEF programme is intended for the preparation of food according to times and temperatures set by the user. Thanks to the rmc-m95's MULTI-CHEF function, you can prove dough, make homemade yoghurt and other fermented dairy products, caramel and sauces, and also pasteurise certain foods. MULTI-CHEF allows you to use the multi-cooker to prepare food using sous-vide technology, which suggests a long (up to a few hours) period of cooking food at a relatively low temperature (60 to 80°С). The MULTI-CHEF also allows you to adapt any recipe you like, be it from an old cook book or from the internet, to be made in the multi-cooker. Set the time and temperature before cooking. Temperature range: 35 - 170°С, time range: 5 minutes to 12 hours.

The MILK PORRIDGE programme is intended for cooking milk porridges from rice, oats, corn or other grains.

The STEW programme is intended for stewing meat, fish and vegetables, making curry, aspic, and other dishes that require cooking for a long period with a gradual decrease in temperature.

The FRY programme is intended for use frying meat, vegetables, poultry and seafood, and preparing dressings for soup and some side dishes.

The SOUP programme is intended for cooking cabbage soup, borscht and pickle soup, as well as cream soups, vegetarian soups, broths and also some drinks.

The STEAM programme is intended for cooking healthy steamed dishes and light vegetable sides as well as children's food. This programme is suitable for cooking dumplings and other similar dishes.

The PASTA programme is intended for cooking various types of pasta as well as dumplings. When the water reaches the boil, the device will make a sound to let you know it is time to put the pasta or dumplings in the bowl. Cooking time begins after the products are placed inside and the start button is pressed again.

The SLOW COOKING programme is for preparing various slow cooked foods, for example, classic Russian shchi (vegetable soup), homemade stews and aspic. The programme operates over an extended period of time with gradual temperature changes from high to low.

The BOIL programme is intended for boiling meat, fish, poultry, seafood and vegetables and also for preparing bean dishes and sides.

The BAKE programme is intended for use preparing biscuits, pies with various fillings, cakes, puddings, omelettes and dishes baked in foil.

The GRAIN programme is for boiling various grains and making grain based sides.

The PLOV programme is intended for making various types of plov with meat or poultry, vegetarian plovs with vegetables and fruit and also paella.

The YOGHURT programme is for making natural yoghurt from milk and yoghurt starter.

The PIZZA programme is for cooking pizzas with various fillings with thin or stuffed crust.

The BREAD programme is for baking various types of bread, classic white wheat bread, cornbread, wholegrain and black rye bread. The programme automatically completes a full preparation cycle from proving the dough to baking it.

The DESSERT programme is intended for cooking various desserts from milk and dairy products, fresh fruit and berries, and creams and fudges.

The EXPRESS programme is intended for cooking rice, buckwheat and other grains. The device will automatically stop working in this mode once all the water has boiled away.

ADDITIONAL POSSIBLITIES

The REDMOND rmc-m95 's automatic programmes can be used to make both everyday dishes and baby food, fondue, drinks and marinades. Moreover, the rmc-m95 can be used to sterilise dishes and pasteurise certain products for feeding children and preparing homemade conserves.

DISH HEATING FUNCTION

This function is intended to easily heat dishes that have gone cold up to the required temperature.

DELAYED START

The delayed start function will allow you to delay the start of the programme by up to 24 hours. Breakfast, lunch or dinner will be made at just the right time!

MAINTAINING THE TEMPERATURE OF COOKED FOOD (AUTO-HEATING)

The rmc-m95 is equipped with an auto-heating function which activates automatically when the cooking process is complete and keeps the dish warm for up to 24 hours. Use this function carefully, since heating for a long time may dry out the dish.

AUTO HEATING ADVANCE SHUTDOWN

If you do not want to maintain the temperature of a dish for any reason, you can cancel while it is cooking or when setting the main programme.

• Pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract.


• Performance of obligations resulting from legal regulations, including in particular tax and accounting.

• In the case of organization of loyalty programs, competitions and promotional campaigns in which you can take part – we will process your data during their duration and the period for settlement of the awarding of prizes. In order to ensure accountability, i.e. to prove compliance with the provisions on the processing of personal data, we will store data for the period, in which Estin Warehousing OU is obligated to maintain data or documents containing customer details to document the fulfillment of legal requirements and enable control of their fulfillment by public authorities.


7. We set out the purposes for which we use Personal Information that we collect via our website and, in compliance with our obligations under European law, identify the “legal grounds” on which we rely to process the information. These “legal grounds” are set out in European Data Protection Law, which allows companies to process personal data only when the processing is permitted by the specific “legal grounds” set out in law:

Such companies will be given only the Personal Information needed to perform those services and we do not authorize them to use or disclose Personal Information for their own marketing or other purposes. We have contracts in place holding these companies to the same standards of confidentiality by which we are governed.

Your Personal Information may be accessed by staff, suppliers or other persons in, transferred to, and/or stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA) in which data protection laws may be of a lower standard than in the EEA. We will, in all circumstances, safeguard personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy. 14. We have agreements and controls in place with third party service providers requiring that any information we provide to them must be safeguarded and used only for the purpose of providing the service we have requested the company to perform.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and for complying with any other security procedures that we notify you of. 16. Our retention periods for personal data are based on business needs and legal requirements. We retain your Personal Information for a maximum of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract or as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the information was collected, and any other permissible, related purpose. For example, we may retain certain transaction details and correspondence until the time limit for claims arising from the transaction has expired, or to comply with regulatory requirements regarding the retention of such data.
