Meet the Millers – a happy family

Jane and Bill like having the kids over to catch up with everyone. Spending hours in the kitchen cooking and cleaning is a thing of the past now that they have a multicooker to cook for them. They spend their time where it matters most – with friends and family. With a multicooker, the kitchen is less greasy and they have fewer pots and pans to wash so they can spend more time socializing with their guests.

The Miller’s Menu – RMC-M4502

  • Fried Chicken Legs
    • Program: FRY
    • Time: 20 minutes

    Rub 400g of chicken legs with 20 mL of lemon juice, 15g of grated garlic, salt and spices and put in the fridge to marinate for 2 hours.

    Pour 60mL of vegetable oil in the multicooker, add the chicken and close the lid.

    Select FRY, then press MEAT and set the timer for 20 minutes.

    Fry for 10 minutes, turn over, and cook until the program ends.

  • Mashed Potatoes
    • Program: COOK (VEGETABLES)
    • Time: 30 minutes

    Cut the potatoes (600g) into large cubes and place in the multicooker with the butter (50g), 2.5% milk (200mL), water (100mL) and salt (as you like).

    Close the lid, select COOK then VEGETABLES, and set the timer for 30 minutes.

    When the program ends, mash the potatoes to the consistency you desire.

  • Yellow Cake
    • Program: CAKE
    • Time: 45 minutes

    In a separate container, beat 5 eggs and 150g of sugar until foamy. Gradually add 180g of wheat flour and beat until well blended.

    Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, add the mixture, and close the lid.

    Press MENU and select CAKE. Press the HOUR/MIN button and then COOK TIME to set the timer for 45 minutes.

    Press START and cook until the program ends. KEEP WARM for 15 minutes.

One happy kid Emma

Emma just turned 7 months old. She loves playing with cubes, pulling mommy’s hair and watching TV with dad. Her parents both work, but they spend the rest of their time with her. Mom doesn’t worry about spending too much time cooking; instead her multicooker makes Emma healthy baby food. Mom just puts everything in it sometimes lets Emma push the buttons which she really loves doing!

  • Fruit Puree
    • Program: STEAM/SOUP/PASTA
    • Time: 20 minutes

    Peel, core and cube 240g of green pears and 240g of green apples then place in the steam tray.

    Pour 600mL of water evenly into the multicooker on top of the steam tray. Add 3mL of fruit syrup and close the lid.

    Press STEAM/SOUP/PASTA, set COOK TIME for 20 minutes and cook until the end of the program.

    Put the fruit in another container and blend until smooth.

  • Fish Puree
    • Program: STEAM/SOUP/PASTA
    • Time: 30 minutes

    Skin and bone 150g of cod. Pour 600mL of water into the bowl, insert the steam tray with the fish and add 3mL of salt.

    Close the lid, press STEAM/SOUP/PASTA, set COOK TIME for 30 minutes and cook until the end of the program.

    Put the fish in a separate container, add 80mL of 2.5% milk and beat with a blender until well mixed.

  • Sterilizing baby bottles
    • Program: STEAM/DESSERT
    • Time: 1 hour

    Fill the bottles with water and place in the multicooker.

    Pour water in the multicooker bowl up to the neck of the bottles (not exceeding the bowl’s capacity level).

    Close the lid, select STEAM/DESSERT, and set the timer for 1 hour.

  • Prawn Salad
    • Program: FRY
    • Time: 5 minutes

    Pour 30mL of olive oil into the multicooker bowl and add 60g of tiger prawns.

    Press FRY, stir fry with an open lid for 3 minutes. Add 15 mL of soy sauce, 5g of garlic, and fry for another 2 minutes.

    Press REHEAT/CANCEL and let the prawn mixture cool.

    Cube 50g of hard cheese, 100g of cucumbers and 100g of tomatoes. Rip 70g of Lettuce leaves and add to the prawn mixture.

  • Steamed tilapia and vegetables
    • Program: STEAM
    • Time: 10 minutes

    Rinse 150g of tilapia and rub with salt and your favorite spices. Thinly slice the carrots and divide the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.

    Pour water in the multicooker bowl and insert the steam tray with the fish and vegetables. Close the lid, shut off the steam valve, press STEAM and select FISH. Set COOK TIME for 10 minutes and press START.

    Cook until the program ends then open the valve to release the pressure.

  • Popcorn
    • Program: POPCORN
    • Time: 3 minutes

    Put 200g of popcorn kernels into the multicooker bowl.

    Close the lid, press POPCORN and cook until the end of the program.

  • Oatmeal
    • Program: OATMEAL
    • Time: 25 minutes

    Put 150g of oats, 20g of butter, 750mL of 2.5% milk, salt and sugar into the multicooker bowl and mix well.

    Close the lid, select OATMEAL, set the timer for 25 minutes and cook until the program ends.

    Stir well before serving.

  • Vegetable Soup
    • Program: SOUP
    • Time: 1 hour

    Cube 100g of carrots and 200g of potatoes and put into the multicooker bowl with 300g of broccoli, 300g of cauliflower, 1.5L of water, salt and spices. Mix well and close the lid.

    Select SOUP and set the timer for 1 hour.

    Cook to the end of the program then pour the soup into a separate container and blend until smooth.

  • Plain Yogurt
    • Program: YOGURT
    • Time: 12 hours

    Mix 300mL of 3.2% milk, 300mL of 10% cream, and 350mL of 2.5% fermented milk together and pour into the multicooker bowl.

    Close the lid, press MENU and select YOGURT. Use the HOUR/MIN button to set the timer for 12 hours and press START.

    Cook until the end of the program and let cool in the fridge.

Steven RMC-M20

  • Assorted Meats
    • Program: STEW
    • Time: 2 hours

    Cube 300g of pork fillet, 200g of sausage and 300g of beef fillet, dice 150g of onions and 250g of carrots and mix together with 120 mL of tomato paste, 10mL of balsamic vinegar, 20mL of soy sauce, salt, and spices.

    Set aside for 20 minutes then put in the multicooker bowl, close the lid, select STEW and set the timer for 2 hours.

    Cook until the program ends.

  • Pizza
    • Program: YOGURT/DOUGH & BAKE/BREAD
    • Time: 1 Hour

    Dough:

    Dissolve 4g of yeast in 0.5L of water. Mix 800g of wheat flour, 15g of salt, 30mL of olive oil and pour the yeast water into that mixture then knead the dough.

    Close the lid, select YOGURT/DOUGH, set the timer for 30 min and press START.

    Filling:

    Slice 80g of pepperoni and 120g of mozzarella, grease the bowl with 10g of butter and spread the dough. Distribute tomato sauce along with the pepperoni and mozzarella.

    Press BAKE/BREAD, set COOK TIME for 30 minutes, press START

  • Cream of Salmon Soup
    • Program: SOUP
    • Time: 1 hour

    Rinse 500g of salmon fillet and cube the salmon, potatoes (250g), zucchini (60g), onions (60g), carrots (60g) and water (650mL).

    Place all ingredients into the bowl and stir well along with salt and your favorite spices.

    Close the lid, press MENU and select SOUP.

    Press COOK TIME, set the timer for 1 hour and press START.

    Cook until the program ends and blend in a separate container with 10% cream (100mL).
