Brief description
This modern multicooker offers a MOTouch® panel and a colour LCD multifunctional display which makes cooking easier than ever! The appliance is equipped with a number of new programs including BREAD (with proofing and baking cycles), SLOW COOK (providing gradual increase in temperature), PIZZA, and DESSERT. Additionally, it has a temperature adjustment range to 170°C and offers 28 adjustment options.
REDMOND RMC-M90E: STYLISH, VERSATILE AND EASY TO USE
Cook meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and seafood; bake and fry, make porridge, soup, pasta, rice dishes, dough, yoghurt, and dessert.
3D heating evenly distributes the heat and helps to preserve vitamins and minerals in the food. The unit features TIME DELAY and KEEP WARM functions, which can be turned off manually.
The device comes with an improved version of the versatile program called MULTICOOK so you can adjust the temperature in a wider range.
The recipe book written on the control panel language is included in the Multi Cooker package.
In the book you will find 100 recipes from the REDMOND master chefs and also guidelines for preparing the ingredients, choosing the program and cooking time. You will easily master the possibilities of the Multi Cooker!
UK users will also receive the plug adapter allowing easy connection of Multi Cooker to British standard electrical outlet BS 1363.

Programs and Features
The MULTICOOK Program
MULTICOOK can be used for cooking any meal of your choice with your own time and temperature settings. The REDMOND RMC-M90E, featuring the MULTICOOK program will be able to replace a whole range of kitchen appliances. Now either an old family recipe or any recipe found online can be adjusted for your multicooker.
Temperature settings of the program range from 35°C to 170°C.

AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS
- QUICK COOK is recommended for quickly cooking rice and other grains.
- PORRIDGE can be used to prepare your breakfast oats.
- STEW is for stewing vegetables, meat, poultry, and seafood.
- FRY is there to fry meat, fish, vegetables, poultry, and seafood.
- SOUP is used for making various broth, soup (chunky, bisque, cream soups, etc.), compote, and drinks.
- STEAM can be used for steaming vegetables, meat, fish, dumplings, and baby food.
- PASTA for cooking pasta, dumplings, sausage, eggs, etc.
- SLOW COOK offers a gradual temperature increase which, together with the prolonged operating time of the program, allows the food to be cooked in their own juices.
- COOK is perfect for cooking vegetables and beans.
- BAKE is a program recommended for baking biscuits, pudding, pie, puff and yeast pastries.
- GRAIN is for cooking various side dishes out of grain.
- PILAF is used for cooking meat, vegetable and seafood dishes with rice.
- YOGHURT is a program used for preparing homemade yoghurt.
- PIZZA to make pizza with different toppings.
- BREAD is for baking white and wheat-rye bread. The program includes a proofing cycle before it is baked.
- DESSERT allows you to make different desserts (jam, meringue, fondant, etc.).

The KEEP WARM Function
The RMC-M90E features a function of keeping your meal warm, which switches on automatically at the end of a program.
The TIME DELAY Function
The TIME DELAY function allows you to set the program to start at a certain time of day with a delay of up to 24 hours. Simply set the timer to have your meal ready for an early breakfast or for your return from work.
CERAMIC COATED BOWL
For your convenience, this bowl has a higher quality Teflon coating. Ceramic non-stick coating by Anato® (Korea) is scratch-free and has excellent non-stick and thermal conductivity. Your food will not stick, and will fry or stew evenly throughout. The bowl may be used for product storage out of the device and for cooking meals in the oven. No worries when it comes to cleaning, as he bowl is dishwasher safe.

This cookbook comes as a result of passion and dedication from our REDMOND chefs.
All recipes are adapted for this particular multicooker model. Each recipe gives a step-by-step instruction on the process, time and temperature settings, as well as the ingredients used. The book also offers tips from our chefs to make the process easy and fun.
