Programs and Features

6 AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS

REDMOND RMC-M4515E features six automatic cooking programs. For your convenience the programs are named according to the method of product treatment.

You may manually adjust cooking time set by default for each program. Time setting range and the setting interval depend on the program chosen.

"FRYING" program is recommended for frying meat, vegetables, poultry, and seafood.
"PILAF" is to make various kinds of rice pilafs.
"PORRIDGE/GRAIN" program can be used for cooking porridges and other grain side dishes.
"BAKING/PIZZA" is recommended for baking cakes, biscuits, pies, and pizza.
"STEWING/DESSERT" is for stewing meat, fish, vegetables, making desserts, fruit purees, and jams.
"STEAM/SOUP/PASTA" program is recommended for steaming vegetables, fish, meat, dumplings, and various low-fat meals; preparing baby food, soups, pasta, and other semi-finished products.

In addition to the above mentioned meals, automatic programs, featured by the unit allow making fondue, cottage cheese, baby food, baking bread, pasteurising and sterilising.

“KEEP WARM” FUNCTION

Multicooker REDMOND RMC-M4515E features the function to keep your meal warm. Use this function to have a warm meal for each member of your family.

“REHEATING” FUNCTION

RMC-M4515 can reheat the cold meal up to 70-75°C maintaining this temperature for a period of time up to 24 hours.

“TIME DELAY” FUNCTION

“Time Delay” function allows starting the cooking program by certain time of the day with a delay of up to 24 hours. Have your meal ready by an early breakfast or by the time your guests arrive.
