This feature provides cleaning without disassembly: if vein has wound on a blade, it is possible to make a "reverse", remove odd meat and continue operation. RMG-1208-E with mechanic block holder has a low noise level, 3 disks with different perforation for popular types of mince and several nozzles, including kibbeh and sausage nozzles.
