Eggplant 300 g
Walnuts 100 g
Tomatoes 70 g
Onion 40 g
Garlic 10 g


Cut the eggplants into halves lengthwise and deseed them. Finely chop nuts, onion, garlic and tomatoes, add salt, spices and mix well. Stuff eggplants with the mixture, wrap them in foil and place inside the bowl. Close the lid. Press “Menu” button to select “CAKE” program. Use “Hour/Min” and then “Cooking Time” buttons to set the cooking time of 50 minutes. Press “Start” and cook until the program finishes.
