Ingredients

Eggplant 300 g
Walnuts 100 g
Tomatoes 70 g
Garlic 10 g
Onion 40 g
Salt
Spices

Directions

Cut eggplants into halves lengthwise and deseed. Combine chopped nuts, onion, garlic, and tomatoes, add salt and spices. Stuff eggplants with the mixture, wrap in foil and place inside the bowl. Close the lid. Select “BAKE”. Set the time of 50 minutes. Cook until the program finishes.
