Ingredients

Potatoes 300 g
Mushroom 200 g
Eggs 2 pieces
Butter 40 g
Salt

Directions

· Chop the mushrooms, grate and drain the potatoes and mix with the eggs and salt. Put the butter and mushrooms into the bowl, add the salt and close the lid.

· Press MENU and select FRY. Set the COOK TIME timer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally while cooking, and press KEEP WARM/CANCEL when you hear a beep.

· Remove the mushrooms and place half of potato mixture in the bowl. Add the mushrooms on top and then add the rest of potatoes. Level off with a spatula and close the lid.

· Press MENU and select the BAKE/BREAD program. Set the COOK TIME timer for 30 minutes.

· Cook until the program finishes then remove the bowl and set aside for 15 minutes.
