Ingredients

Potatoes 600 g
Champignons 400 g
Eggs 4
Butter 12 g
Salt

Directions

· Grate the potatoes using a large-holed grater and mix together with the eggs and salt. Chop the mushrooms, set in the bowl and close the lid.

· Press MENU and select the CAKE program. Press the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 30 minutes.

· Press START and stir occasionally while cooking. Set the mushrooms aside in a separate container and put half of the potato mixture into the bowl. Level it off and add the mushrooms, and the rest of the potatoes. Level off with a spatula and close the lid.

· Press MENU and select the CAKE program. Press HOUR/MIN and set the COOKING TIME for 30 minutes.

· Press START and10 minutes before the program finishes, open the lid and turn the pudding over. Close the lid and cook until the program finishes. Take the bowl out of the appliance and set aside for 15 minutes to cool.
