Pork shank 900 g
Onion 250 g
Garlic 15 g
Basil 5 g
Water 200 ml
Vegetable oil 50 ml


Make several deep cuts in meat and stuff each opening with a clove of garlic. Combine chopped onion with salt, spices, and basil. Rub meat with the mixture and let marinate in the fridge for 9 hours. Grease the bowl with oil, place meat inside, and add water. Close the lid. Select “SLOW COOK”. Set the time of 2 hours. Cook until the program finishes.
