Ingredients

Turkey (fillet) 300 g
Vegetable oil 40 ml
Barbecue sauce 30 g
Salt
Spices
Mustard 5 g

Directions

Cut turkey into 2-2.5 cm cubes. Mix barbecue sauce with mustard. Place turkey into the bowl, add salt, spices, oil, and mix well. Select “FRY”. Set the time of 15 minutes. Stir-fry until the program finishes. Serve with sauce on the side.
