Ingredients

9 % cottage cheese 500 g
Eggs 2
Butter 100 g
Soda 5 g
Salt
Spices

Directions

·         Run the cottage cheese through a meat grinder. In a separate container combine the cottage cheese with butter, eggs, salt, soda, spices and mix. Place the cheese mixture in the bowl and close the lid.

 

·         Press MENU, select MULTICOOK and set the TEMPERATURE to 100 °C. Press the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 5 minutes.

 

·         Press START. When the countdown begins, open the lid and stir until fully combined. Continuing to stir, cook until the program finishes. Put the cheese in a separate container and let it cool down.
