9 % cottage cheese 500 g
Eggs 100 g
Butter 100 g
Soda 5 g
Salt
Spices

Directions

Put cottage cheese through a meat grinder. In a separate container combine cottage cheese with butter, eggs, salt, soda, spices, and mix well. Place the mixture into the bowl. Select “MULTICOOK”. Set the temperature of 100°C and the time of 10 minutes. Cook with an open lid until the program finishes. Place cheese in a separate container and let cool down.
