Ingredients

Wheat flour 270 g
Corn flour 110 g
Milk 50 ml
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Dry yeast 4 g
Sugar 10 g
Salt 5 g
Water (room temperature) 160 ml

Directions

Combine wheat and corn flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a separate container. Continuing to mix, add milk, vegetable oil (40 ml) and water. Knead dough until it pulls away from the sides of the container. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil (10 ml), put the dough in, and level it off. Close the lid. Select “YOGURT”. Set the time of 1 hour. Cook until the program finishes. Select “BAKE”. Set the time of 1 hour. Cook until the program finishes. Open the lid, and turn the bread over. Close the lid. Select “BAKE”. Set the time of 1 hour. Cook until the end of the program. Remove bread and let it sit for 20 minutes.
