Automatic program: YOGURT/DOUGH & BAKE/BREAD



Wheat flour 270 g
Corn flour 110 g
Sugar 10 g
Salt 5 g
Dry yeast 4 g
2.5% milk 50 mL
Vegetable oil 30 mL
Water 160 mL


· Combine the wheat and corn flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a separate container. Mix in the milk, 40 mL of vegetable oil and water. Knead the dough until it pulls away from the sides of the container. Grease the sides of the bowl with the rest of the vegetable oil, put the dough in and level it off.

· Close the lid, press MENU and select the YOGURT/DOUGH program. Use the COOK TIME button to set the timer for 1 hour.

· Press START and cook until the program finishes then disable the KEEP WARM program by pressing KEEP WARM/CANCEL.

· Press MENU and select the BAKE/BREAD program. Use the COOK TIME button to set the timer for 2 hours and press START.

· Open the lid 1 hour before the end of the program, take out the bread and turn it over. Close the lid and bake until the program finishes. Take the bread out of the bowl and let it sit for another 20 minutes.
