Ingredients

Dark chocolate 200 g
22% cream 200 mL

Directions

·         Break the chocolate into pieces. Put them in the bowl and cover with cream.

 

·         Press MENU, select the MULTICOOK program and set the TEMPERATURE to 100 °C. Press the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 5 minutes.

 

·         Press START and stir the mixture continuously until the program finishes.
