Ingredients

Turkey (fillet) 340 g
Tomatoes 140 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Onions 70 g
Olive oil 30 mL
Salt
Spices

Directions

· Cut the fillet into 3 or 4 equally-sized pieces. Cut the tomatoes and onions into small, thin strips. Grate the cheese using the large-holed grater. Pour the oil into the bowl and add the turkey, onions, tomatoes, salt and spices. Sprinkle the cheese on top and close the lid.

· Press MENU and select the STEW program. Select the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 20 minutes.

· Press START and cook until the program finishes.
