Boneless, Skinless Chicken 500 g
Hard cheese 120 g
Butter 50 g
Breadcrumbs 30 g
Parsley 10 g
Dill 10 g
Vegetable oil 70 mL


· Grate the cheese using a large-hole grater, chop the herbs and mix with the cheese and add the butter and salt. Shape the cheese balls and place in the freezer for 5 minutes. Rinse the chicken and put it through a meat grinder, add salt, spices and mix until fully combined. Form into patties and place the cheese ball in the center of each patty. Shape the cutlets and coat them with breadcrumbs. Pour oil into the bowl and place the cutlets inside.

· Close the lid, press MENU and select the FRY program then select PRODUCT and MEAT. Press the HOUR/MIN button, set the COOKING TIME for 20 minutes and press START.

· 10 minutes before the program finishes, open the lid and turn the cutlets over. Close the lid and cook until the program finishes.
