Cheddar cheese 350 g
Garlic 10 g
Starch 10 g
White wine 150 mL
Cream 75 mL
Water 50 mL
Lemon juice 5 mL


· Grate the cheese with garlic using a small-holed grater. Combine the water, starch and sugar in a separate container. Pour the wine into the bowl and close the lid.

· Press MENU, select MULTICOOK and set the TEMPERATURE to 100 °C. Press the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 10 minutes.

· Press START. 5 minutes before the program finishes, add the garlic and cheese and stir until smooth. Continuing to stir, add the cream and starch mixture. Cook until the program finishes.
