Cheddar cheese 350 g
Garlic 10 g
Starch 10 g
White wine 150 ml
22% cream 75 ml
Water 50 ml
Lemon juice 5 ml


Grate cheese and garlic. Combine water, starch, and sugar in a separate container. Pour wine into the bowl and close the lid. Select “MULTICOOK”. Set the temperature of 100°C and the time of 15 minutes. Cook for 5 minutes, add garlic, cheese, and stir until smooth. Continuing to stir, add lemon juice, salt, and spices. 2 minutes before the end of the program add cream and starch mixture. Cook until the program finishes.
