Ingredients

Eggs 4
Sugar 70 g
Orange peel 20 g
Vanilla sugar 15 g
Potato starch 10 g
Cinnamon 5 g
20% cream 350 mL
3.2% milk 150 mL

Directions

· Separate the egg yolks from the whites, combine the yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar and beat until well blended. Finely grate the orange peel, add the starch and mix in the yolk and sugar mixture. Continue to mix and add the cream and milk. Pour the cream into the bowl and close the lid.

· Press MENU and select the OATMEAL/DESSERT program. Use the COOK TIME button to set the timer for 10 minutes and press START.

· Cook with an open lid and stir continuously until the program finishes. Keep stirring the cream until thick. Pour the cream into the glasses and leave in a fridge for 2 hours. Coat with cane sugar and cinnamon before serving.
