Ingredients

For Dough:
Wheat flour 500g
Eggs 100g
Vegetable oil 15mL
Water 200mL
Salt
For Meat:
Ground Beef 300g
Ground Pork 300g
Eggs 100g
Onions 100g
Garlic 5g
Water 5L
Salt/spices

Directions

· Dough: Gently break the eggs into the flour and add the oil, salt and water. Mix and knead until the dough is smooth. Meat: Brown the meat and then mix in the onion and garlic. Add the eggs, salt, spice, and mix.

· Roll out a thin layer of dough and cut into circles. In the middle of each circle, put a small portion of meat in the middle and pinch the edges of the dough together.

· Pour the water into the multicooker and put the manti in the steam tray. Press HOUR/MIN and set the timer for 35 minutes. Press START and cook until the program ends.
