Ingredients

Quails 600 g (4 pieces)
Bell pepper 50 g
Canned corn 50 g
Walnuts 30 g
Vegetable oil 40 ml
Salt
Spices

Directions

· Rinse the quails. Drain the corn and finely chop the walnuts. Dice the bell peppers and mix with the corn and walnuts.

· Stuff the quails with this mixture and secure with a toothpick. Sprinkle with salt and spices and place the quails into the bowl with the oil.

· Close the lid, press MENU, select the STEW program and set the COOK TIME for 50 minutes.

· Press START and cook until the program finishes.
