· Sprinkle the fish with salt and spices. Cut the mushrooms, onions, and potatoes into small cubes. Set the mushrooms and onions into the bowl and add the oil.
· Press FRY and stir-fry with an open lid for 5 minutes. Add the cream and cook for another 3 minutes. Press REHEAT/CANCEL and remove the mushroom sauce.
· Pour the water into the bowl and add the trivet and steam tray with the fish and potatoes in it. Close the lid and steam valve.
· Press STEAM and select FISH. Set the COOK TIME to NORMAL and cook until the end of the program. Open the valve and release the pressure. Top with the mushroom sauce before serving.
