Ingredients

Tiger prawns 100 g
Avocado 80 g
Tomatoes 80 g
Lettuce leaves 20 g
Ginger root 2 g
Olive oil 25 mL

Directions

· Peel and core the avocado and cut it and the tomatoe into small cubes. Finely grate the ginger, chop the basil, and rip lettuce.

· Pour 20 mL of olive oil into the bowl and add the prawns.

· Press MENU and select the FRY program. Use the COOK TIME button to set the timer for 15 minutes and press START.

· Cook with an open lid and stir occasionally until the program finishes. Take the prawns out of the bowl, combine with the rest of ingredients and sprinkle with 5 mL of olive oil.
