Directions
Cut meat and onion into 2 cm cubes, chop garlic. Put meat, onion, olive oil, salt, and spices into the bowl, and mix. Close the lid. Select “STEW”. Set the time of 2 hours. Cook for 1 hour, add tomato puree, garlic, wine and mix. Close the lid and cook until the program finishes.
