| Hard cheese | 100 g |
| 10 % cream | 100 mL |

Directions
· Chop the fish and grate the cheese. Set the fish into the bowl and add the cream, salt, spices and mix. Sprinkle the cheese on top and close the lid and steam valve.
· Press STEW and select FISH. Set the COOK TIME on FAST and cook until the program ends. Open the valve and release the pressure.
