Directions
Separate egg yolks from the whites. Beat the whites until foamy. Combine egg yolks with orange juice and orange peel. Break chocolate into small pieces. Put chocolate, butter, and sugar into the bowl. Close the lid. Select “MULTICOOK”. Set the temperature of 100°C and the time of 10 minutes. Cook until the program finishes. Open the lid and stir well. In a separate container combine chocolate sauce with the egg mixture. Mix in the egg whites. Pour mousse into glasses. Leave in a fridge for 2–3 hours.
