Directions
Combine grated cheese with chopped herbs, butter, and salt. Shape cheese balls and place them in a freezer for 5 minutes. Put chicken through a meat grinder, add salt, spices. Flatten the mixture into circles and place cheese ball in the center of each circle. Shape cutlets and coat in breadcrumbs. Pour oil into the bowl and add cutlets. Close the lid. Select “FRY”. Set the time of 20 minutes. Fry for 10 minutes, turn over, and cook until the program finishes.
