Rinse the fillets; make some diagonal cuts in the meat. Put the chicken in a separate container, add the lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, ground black pepper, coriander, and let marinate for 2 hours. Chop the pecans. Dissolve the starch in water. Pit the cherries and slightly mash them. Pour the vegetable oil into the bowl. Set FRY, set the timer for 20 minutes. 15 minutes before the end of the programme put the marinated fillets into the bowl. Do not close the lid. Cook until the programme ends, turning the chicken over occasionally. Press «Cancel». Take the chicken breasts out of the bowl and set aside in a separate container. Put the cherry and sugar into the bowl. Set MULTICOOK, the temperature to 100°С, and the timer for 12 minutes. Cook with an open lid, stirring occasionally. 3 minutes before the end of cooking pour the dissolved starch into the bowl. Cook until the programme ends, stirring occasionally. Cover the ready breasts with the sauce, sprinkle with the chopped pecans and serve hot.
