Ingredients

Turkey (fillet) 500 g
Butter 140 g
Tomato puree 100 g
White dry wine 300 ml
Salt
Spices

Directions

Rinse the turkey. Cut fillet and butter into 2 cm cubes, place into the bowl, add salt, spices, and mix well. Press “Menu” button to select “STEW” program. Use “Hour/Min” and then “Cooking Time” buttons to set the time of 1 hour. Press “Start”. Combine tomato puree with wine and add to turkey 20 minutes before the program finishes. Stir and close the lid. Cook until the program finishes.
