· Rinse the fish, rub with salt and your favorite spices and thinly slice the carrots.
· Pour the water into your versatile pressure cooker and set all other ingredients in the steam tray.
· Close the lid, shut off the valve, press STEAM/DESSERT, and use the + and – buttons to set the timer for 8 minutes.
· Cook until the program ends and then open the steam valve to release the pressure.
