Directions
Rinse the meat, chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, and pickles. Cut the potatoes into 2cm cubes and the onions and pickles into 0.8-1cm. Put the carrots, onions, and pickles in the multicooker. Close the lid and select the FRY program. Set the timer for 15 minutes and press Start. Stir occassionally and after 10 minutes, add the pickle juice.Close the lid and finish the program. Cancel the KEEP WARM program and put the remaining ingredients in the multicooker (water, salt, spices). Close the lid and select the SOUP program. Set the timer for 1 hour and hit Start.
Tip: Serve with a fresh slice of lemon, herbs, olives, and sour cream.
