· Rinse and drain the seafood and rinse the rice until the water runs clear. Chop the onions and peppers. Pour the olive oil into the bowl and add the onions and seafood.
· Press MENU and select FRY. Next choose PRODUCT and select FISH. Press the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 5 minutes. Press START and stir-fry the ingredients, adding oil, until the program finishes.
· Press KEEP WARM/CANCEL. Place the rice on top of the seafood and level it off. Add the water and tomato mixture and close the lid.
· Press COOKING MODE and select the QUICK COOK program. Select HOUR/MIN, set the COOKING TIME for 20 minutes and press START. 10 minutes before the program finishes add peas, pepper, saffron, salt, and spices. Stir well and cook until the program finishes.
