Directions
Cube the meat, dice the carrots, slice the mushrooms, chop the ginger peel,put all the ingredients in the multicooker, and mix. Close the lid, select the STEW program, set the timer for 1 hour and start the program.
Tip: This meal goes great with a side dish of baked or boiled potatoes.
