Ingredients

Beef (fillet) 400g
Fresh mushrooms 180g
Carrots 100g
Dry white wine 100ml
Vegetable oil 40ml
Ginger root 30g
Water 150ml
Salt, Spices

Directions

Cube the meat, dice the carrots, slice the mushrooms, chop the ginger peel,put all the ingredients in the multicooker, and mix. Close the lid, select the STEW program, set the timer for 1 hour and start the program. Tip: This meal goes great with a side dish of baked or boiled potatoes.
