· Rinse the meat and cut into 200 g steaks then sprinkle with salt and spices. Chop the garlic and herbs and sprinkle evenly over both sides of the steak. Let marinate for 15 minutes then pour vegetable oil into the bowl, set the steaks inside and close the lid.
· Press MENU, select the FRY program, PRODUCT and MEAT. Press the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 20 minutes.
· Press START and 10 minutes before the program finishes, open the lid and turn the steaks. Close the lid and cook until the program finishes.
