Ingredients

Rice 200g
Apples 50g
Dried apricots 50g
Oranges 50g
Raisins 50g
Walnut 50g
Prunes 50g
Honey 40g
Water 250ml

Directions

Put the dried apricots and raisins in hot water (90 °) for 5 minutes and drain. Peel the oranges, slice the apricots and prunes, cube the apples and oranges, and chop the nuts. Put the fruits and nuts in the multicooker and mix. Top this with an evenly distributed layer of rice. Close the lid, select the PILAF program and press start. When the program ends, add the honey, stir, cover, and leave for 30 minutes. Tip: Garnish with pistachios and cashews.
