Directions
Cube the liver, mince the onion,and place in the multicooker. Add the water, cream, butter, salt, spices and mix. Select the STEW program, set the timer for 1 hour, and start the program.
Tip: Add basil, cloves, marjoram, and pepper for extra flavor.
