Cream cheese | 500 g |

· Crush the cookies, add the butter and one egg then mix well. Grease the bowl with butter and press the cookie mixture firmly to the bottom and up the sides of the bowl.
· In a separate container, blend the cheese, sour cream, potato starch and vanilla. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the egg whites until foamy then gradually add the sugar. Carefully combine the egg whites with the cheese mixture and stir until well mixed. Pour the mixture into the bowl and level it off.
· Close the lid, press MENU and select the BAKE/BREAD program. Use the COOK TIME button to set the timer for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Press START and cook until the program finishes. Allow the cheesecake to cool and top with strawberry syrup before serving.
