· Place all ingredients into the bowl, add water and mix.

· Close the lid and put the steam valve in the High Pressure position. Press BOIL and set the COOK TIME to FAST (18 minutes).

· Cook until the program finishes, then put the steam valve in the Normal Pressure position to release the pressure.
