· Cube the beef and half the potatoes. Chop the carrots, onions, greens and ginger root. Place the beef, onions, carrots and ginger into the bowl and add the water, olive oil, salt, spices, and mix. Set the steam tray in the multicooker, place potatoes inside and close the lid.
· Press MENU and select the STEW program. Select the HOUR/MIN button and then set the COOKING TIME for 1 hour and press START.
· 10 minutes before the program finishes, open the lid and remove the steam tray. Add the greens to the meat and stir. Cook until the program finishes.
