· Rinse and chop the beef. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Put the beef, onions, olive oil, salt and spices in the multicooker and mix.
· Close the lid, press MENU and select the STEW program. Set the COOK TIME for 2 hours and press START.
· 1 hour later, stir in the tomato paste, garlic and wine. Cook until the program ends.
