Ingredients

Wheat flour 850 g
Vegetable oil 40 ml
Sugar 30 g
Salt 10 g
Dry yeast 6 g
Room temperature water 500 ml

Directions

In a separate container combine water, salt, sugar, yeast and mix thoroughly. Add vegetable oil (20 ml), flour and knead the dough. Grease the bowl with the rest of vegetable oil and add dough. Close the lid. Select “BREAD”, cooking time 3 hours. 1 hour before the end of the program open the lid and carefully turn the bread over. Close the lid and cook until the program finishes. Remove the bread and let sit for 20 minutes.
