· For the topping: Rinse and drain the seafood mix and slice the tomatoes and olives. To make the sauce, mix the tomato paste with the sour cream, salt and spices until smooth. Roll out the dough in a circle the diameter of the bowl 0.5 cm thick and grate the cheese.
· Grease the multicooker bowl with the butter and spread the dough on the bottom, then spread the sauce evenly on top, add the toppings and sprinkle with cheese.
· Close the lid, open the steam valve, select BAKE and use the + and – buttons to set the timer for 30 minutes.
