Directions
Combine olive oil with salt and spices. Rub meat with the mixture and let marinate in the fridge for 4–8 hours. Place meat inside the bowl. Select “MULTICOOK”. Set the temperature of 170°C and time of 20 minutes. Roast with an open lid until brown on all sides. Press “Keep Warm/Cancel”. Add water. Close the lid and select “STEW”. Set the time of 1 hour. Cook until the program finishes.
